When you come to H&R Construction we provide complete design, pre-construction budgeting, and general contracting services. This method of project delivery allows us to partner with the design team and subcontractors earlier in the project. The end result is a smoother project overall. Decisions can be analyzed to determine true cost impact from design to construction.
This method also offers a much faster turn-a-round than the conventional Design - Bid - Build relationships established decades ago. Our "open book" budgeting and accounting process gives peace of mind; always knowing how dollars are being spent, at any given time.

Pre-Construction Planning & Estimating
Pre-construction estimating and planning is essential early on in the project life cycle. This gives our customers the information they need to properly plan their investment whether it’s for revenue and sales, banking, or cash flow requirements.
We use our training, past project experience, and historical cost information to build a custom estimate on the most recognized estimating platform in the industry; Sage/Timberline.
This allows us to accurately and efficiently provide a detailed conceptual estimate you can use for your decision making. As the estimate is built, so is the project schedule. Our project schedules include key project milestones requiring owner input so you are able to stay on track with your decisions and our progress.

We have two tiers of service for Construction Management:
CM - At Risk
CM - As Agent
Construction Management
We have two tiers of service for Construction Management:
CM - AT RISK. Here, a control estimate is established during the pre-construction phase. Once the final design is complete, the estimate is finalized and a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) may be established. Under this delivery method, the subcontracting is 100% the responsibility of the construction manager for items covered by our scope of work.
CM - AS AGENT. When we are contracted as the agent, the contracts are held by our customers. It is our responsibility to monitor and update the control estimate and administer the contracts for owner/subcontractor signatures. This type of delivery system is useful for public entities and affords them the ability to select a contractor earlier in their project.
Pre-Engineered Building Construction
H&R Construction has formed strategic alliances with Chief Buildings, Star Building Systems, and Energy Panel Structures to offer you both pre-engineered steel and pre-engineered post framed buildings should those types of building systems be of interest to you and fit your project needs.
