They have worked very hard so that we have had little disruption to our patient flow and work areas. They are willing to work extra, come in early, stay late and work weekends to accommodate us.

Greg had driven over here multiple times (including weekends) to help facilitate issues with subcontractors and check on progress. He never orders anything without asking and is very understanding when we make changes or have questions. He is very organized and runs a very efficient weekly meeting to keep us all on the same page.

Getting the lowest bid is not a criteria; l look for a company that can build to design, on time, and on budget. This allows us to get the best product for the least amount of money. H&R has exceeded even my expectations in watching over the money and looking for cost savings without compromising or slowing down the process.
H&R's advanced scheduling method made it possible to complete projects in half the time other contractors had estimated. With H&R the projects have run smoother than all other projects we oversee, whether it was staying in budget or keeping us informed of added costs do to changes in project scope.
To date, because of the confidence I have in H&R, they have run two major projects for me. These projects were over 300 miles apart, but H&R stayed personally involved in both, completing them within a 5 month time frame.
Finally, I have never worked with a construction company that has handled the details with city, state and federal paperwork without prompting. This added bonus has freed me up to deal with some of our other projects that have not run as smooth. H&R does not 'over promise and under deliver', they run a smooth, well executed project.
