Project Description

H&R Construction completed interior and exterior renovations at the old Gordmans in Sioux City, IA to turn it into separate tenant spaces. Construction scope included: clearing of all the old furnishings, demolishing of everything in the interior of the space, interior space separation, a new loading dock at the back of the building, divide/modify utilities, modify paving/walls and complete a new entry façade. Our outstanding team was able to work with a tight schedule and complete this project on time. We are always excited to work on projects that help bring more activity to the Siouxland area!
